The small print.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits stay on your account for as long as the account is active, so a pack bought today still works next year. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
What if a render fails?+
The credits go back to your account automatically. You only pay for renders that are delivered.
Does asking for the same image twice cost twice?+
No. A prompt you've already rendered is served from cache for free instead of being drawn again.
Why do logos and share cards always render at premium?+
They're one-shot brand assets that need to look finished. A draft logo usually gets re-rendered anyway, which costs more than doing it once at premium.
How do the quality tiers compare?+
Draft (1 credit) is fast and rough, good for exploring ideas. Standard (10 credits) is solid for most everyday images. Premium (30 credits) is the polished tier for anything you'll ship.
Is there a free tier?+
The URL tools are free with no account: placeholder images and video, QR codes, share cards, favicons and the logo resizer. AI renders always use credits; there's no monthly free quota.
Can I get a refund on a pack?+
