Overview
imgsrc.pub ("we", "us") provides AI image generation tools and free utilities. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].
Data we collect
- Account data. Your email address (used for sign-in via one-time codes) and the date you created the account.
- Generations. The prompts and options you submit to our AI tools, the resulting images, and metadata such as cost in credits and timestamps. Generations are linked to your account so you can view your history.
- Billing and credits. Credit balance, credit transactions (purchases, spends, refunds), and order references from our payment provider. Card details are processed by Lemon Squeezy and never reach our servers.
- Server logs. Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) is processed transiently for security and abuse prevention. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run the tools you ask us to run.
- To authenticate you and keep your account and credit balance secure.
- To prevent abuse, debug issues, and meet legal obligations.
- To show you your own generation history inside your account.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts or generated images to train our own models.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors who process data on our behalf:
- OpenAI — image generation. Prompts you submit are sent to OpenAI to produce the image.
- Cloudflare Images — hosting and global delivery of generated images.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, tax, and order management.
- MongoDB Atlas — encrypted database hosting for accounts and history.
Cookies
We use a single first-party HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in. It contains a signed session token, no tracking identifiers. We don't set advertising cookies, and we don't share data with ad networks.
Retention
We keep account data and generation history for as long as your account is active. Billing records are retained as required by tax law. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your rights
Depending on where you live (EEA, UK, California, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date at the top and, when appropriate, notify you by email.
