Agreement
These terms govern your use of imgsrc.pub (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.
Accounts
You sign in with your email via a one-time code. You're responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
Credits and billing
- Paid AI tools are billed in credits. Each generation deducts credits based on the published per-tool cost.
- Credits are purchased in packs through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
- Credits don't expire while your account is active and have no monetary value outside the service.
- Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.
- Refunds for credit purchases are handled case-by-case. Email [email protected] if you believe a refund is warranted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or content that violates any law.
- Impersonate real people or create deceptive deepfakes without their explicit consent.
- Generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Abuse the service: scraping, bypassing rate limits or credit charges, attacking infrastructure, or reselling access without our permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You own the prompts you write and, to the extent permitted by law and our underlying providers, you own the images you generate. We claim no ownership over your generations. We store your prompts and images on your account so you can access your history; we do not use them to train models.
Free utilities
Our free utilities (placeholder images, placeholder videos, QR codes, OG images, favicon proxy) are provided as-is. Reasonable rate limits apply; we may change or discontinue them at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated content can contain errors or unexpected output; you are responsible for reviewing what you publish or distribute.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. We'll update the date at the top, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
